Maldon Choral Society Policies

 

Maldon Choral (MC) is a Registered Charity, composed of between 30 and 50 volunteer choir members. Committee Members are elected as Trustees at the AGM and others co-opted to serve on the committee as required. Rehearsals are run by a self-employed Musical Director or a substitute on occasion, with a self-employed accompanist. The Choir organises events such as concerts 4 times a year, choral workshops and social events for members and their families.

Maldon Choral has developed a series of policies to support its activities.  They were last reviewed in March 2024 and shall be reviewed annually by the Committee of Trustees.  They are available for viewing on this website.

Members will be reminded at the AGM each year of where they can find these policies and procedures, and shall be asked to show that they have read them.
